“I had chemo.  I couldn’t function with my eyes.  I thought I was crazy as every time I came to the ophthalmologist my eyes seemed different.   I gave up on trying to read at all.  Then I was finally sent to Pam Strange and she gave me back my sanity.  My biggest fear was to take my drivers test.”  (ok to edit – HLS patient)

She could only read for 10 seconds and had trouble tracking, diplopia, intermittent exotropia, worse at near. Given home therapy and total 4 Base In prisms for near.
